- We allow exchanges if an item arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item.
- You will need to notify us within 30 days of purchase if you have not received your item or if your item has arrived with damages to receive an exchange or refund. If we do not receive notice from you within 30 days of purchase, then we cannot honor your request.
